ETX Real Estate Market Update (November 2023)

I love brainstorming and finding new ways to better serve those around me and add value to their life. I’ve decided it doesn’t do YOU much good if I’m not breaking down the numbers and presenting data about the ETX real estate market in a way that is understandable and more relatable to you. I spent time yesterday really diving into the numbers for November so you can see what’s happening WHERE YOU LIVE!

I’ve put together SEVERAL GRAPHICS for you to look at and I color-coordinated them to make it even easier for you to find the school district that you live in or are interested in living in! Below, you’ll find the average days on the market, average sales price, and average number of closed sales for each school district. I didn’t do all school districts in ETX, so if you don’t see your school district on there…let me know and I can get that information for you!

Again, let me know if you’re interested in the statistics for your school district and I will get that information for you! Just as an FYI, the reason I divided it up by school district is because MARKET VALUE IS BASED ON LOCATION! For example, Longview is divided up into four (4) different sections: 111, 112, 113, 114! So, the market value of a home will vary depending on which section of Longview the house is in. This also applies to school districts…some school districts have a higher average sales price than others! When we run comps on a house to find out how much your home is worth in ETX, we are looking specifically at what school district the home is in first and then we go from there.

In regards to my work ethic, I’m a morning person and I get the majority of my work done before most people’s alarms go off. I’m a problem solver who is strategic and thinks outside of the box. I have a lot of energy, talk fast, work quickly, and don’t drag my feet. I care a great deal about offering integrity, kindness, grace, and punctuality to the clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and title companies I interact with. I treat every client as if they were my only client because that matters to me. Folks can tell when a realtor is too busy or inattentive.

I’m not in it for the money, but I will absolutely earn my paycheck. Realtors are the most expensive part of a real estate transaction. If someone is going to trust me with the biggest financial decision they will ever make, then you can bet your bottom dollar I’m going to make sure they get their money’s worth. I’m going the extra mile. It’s who I am. I put my all into everything I do.
